		<description>Yes, I sometimes think that the Mint determines prices with an anticipated metal price increase in mind, but it is kind of unfair to charge people a premium based on a potential increase in value.  

It would be better if the Mint could have their prices float with spot bullion plus a stated mark up, but guess that is not possible.</description>
