The recent continued decline in the price of gold seems to have reignited retail level demand for bullion. This recent interview with Wayne Miller mentions that in March the ratio of sellers to buyers was 20 to 1. Today it’s the opposite. This brief account also claims that buyers are coming out in droves.
Gold just hit a 3 month low ahead of the expected rate cut by the Federal Reserve. The announcement will come later today and seems to have all the makings of a turning point.
A preliminary estimate on the mintage of the 2008-W Burnished Silver Eagle with Reverse of 2007 has just been released. Is it sufficiently low to support current market prices for the new variety?
