January 15, 2010: 2009 Ultra High Relief Gold Coin Mintage, US Mint Products, Year of the Tiger Coins

We have one final round up of coin collecting news from around the internet to bring you into the weekend! First, the final sales figures for the 2009 UHR Double Eagle Gold Coin are revealed. The final sales figures for the 2009 Ultra High Relief Double Eagle Gold Coin have been reported as 115,178. This represents a bump of about 3,000 higher from the previous last available sales report.

Last, here’s a look at the current auctions for 2009 Ultra High Relief Double Eagles. Prices seem to be holding the at or above the last available price from the US Mint.
