    NGC SAAID THAT THEY HAVE A NEW HOLDER…….ITS NOT NEW SAME HOLDER…..JUST A DIFFERENT TAG…….THE INSERT IS DIFFERENT NOT THE HOLDER…ANOTHER SCAM BY NGC…….

    They are apparently phasing in the release. The new Edge View Holder will be used for all submissions starting in the first quarter of 2009.
